General Terms
This document is a legal agreement between jlibd ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). jlibd is an online gaming platform providing cricket betting, slots, live casino, and card games to users in Bangladesh.
- These terms and conditions are drafted in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.
- All platform operations are conducted in accordance with SSL encryption and fair play principles.
- These terms operate alongside jlibd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
- In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document will be considered final.
- jlibd reserves the right to modify these terms at its own discretion.
Eligibility & Registration
The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on jlibd.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of opening an account ("For users aged 21+ only").
- Each individual may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Providing accurate and truthful information during account registration is mandatory; providing false information may result in account cancellation.
- Registration details in your name or on behalf of another person may not be shared with third parties.
- jlibd may request necessary documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until account verification is complete.
Age Verification: If an account belonging to a person under 21 years of age is identified, it will be closed immediately and any funds in the account may be forfeited.
Account Management
It is your own responsibility to ensure the security and proper management of your account.
- Keep your login details (username and password) confidential — do not share them with third parties.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify jlibd support immediately.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date; jlibd is not liable for issues arising from outdated information.
- Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no transactions for 12 consecutive months) may be marked as dormant.
- If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jlibd are processed through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
- Please provide the correct transaction reference number when making a deposit — incorrect information may cause delays.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
- Once a transaction has been completed through any one method, do not attempt to send it again.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile number registered under the same identity used for the verified account.
- The withdrawal process may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be restricted before active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, jlibd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
jlibd never processes deposits or withdrawals via bank transfer. Use only bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
jlibd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members. Each offer has its own terms that must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
- Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 25 — for example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳25,000 in bets.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit.
- A user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are payable only to the account for which they are properly registered.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
- jlibd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If a deposit is withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
- jlibd reserves the right to forfeit a bonus if any transaction is deemed unusual at its discretion.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed when conducting betting and gaming activities on jlibd.
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If the result of any game remains undetermined due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
- In sports betting, results are determined in accordance with announcements by official bodies (ICC, FIFA, etc.).
- Placing bets from multiple devices on a single account at the same time may be prohibited.
- All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
- jlibd reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on specific markets or at specific times.
- Attempting to place a bet after a result is known (late betting) is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlibd platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using multiple identities for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
- Colluding or conspiring against other users.
- Submitting fake transaction receipts or false identity documents.
Important: All deposits and winnings in accounts involved in prohibited activities will be forfeited, and jlibd reserves the right to take legal action.

11.2 Steps Following Suspension
- If an account is suspended, the user will be notified by email.
- Refund of legitimate funds will be processed after verification is complete.
- Funds held in an account closed due to prohibited activity may be forfeited.
- If you wish to dispute the closure of your account, you may appeal through support.
